On Sunday, December 28th, we remember the Slaughter of the Holy Innocents. On this day the church remembers the many children murdered by King Herod in his efforts to eliminate the threat he saw in Jesus. We will also remember the many children slaughtered in our own time...school children in Pakistan, the children of Newtown, the missing students of Mexico, the African American children whose lives matter, those whose lives are cut short, those who cannot breathe... we will pray for the new year, for a better year, for change. (worship in English at 11am, in Spanish at 1pm.

DINNER CHURCH

At Trinity

We’ll go back to the early days of the church to meet around a table and a meal. We’ll eat, talk, reflect on scripture, sing and pray. We’ll share holy communion and sacred community. If you are seeking an alternative worship experience or just some breathing space in the midst of busy days, Dinner Church may be for you.

Our new children’s choir is off to a great start under the

fine leadership of Vicar Barbara. They sang for the first time

on November 2 in Wee Worship. All children are welcome to join the choir.

They practice on Saturdays at 10:30am. Watch for them next at 11am some Sunday soon!

Sorry, as we've said, we don't have any, BUT we do have a link for you to see the amazing off-Broadway (well OK off-off Broadway) musical put on by our day camp children, Oh Jonah. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZzsNaqNq8M

This is an invitation to change everything.
In September, world leaders are coming to New York City for a UN summit on the climate crisis. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is urging governments to support an ambitious global agreement to dramatically reduce global warming pollution.

With our future on the line and the whole world watching, we’ll take a stand to bend the course of history. We’ll take to the streets to demand the world we know is within our reach: a world with an economy that works for people and the planet; a world safe from the ravages of climate change; a world with good jobs, clean air and water, and healthy communities.

To change everything, we need everyone on board.
Sunday, September 21 in New York City. Join us.
